We know buying fragrance online can be hard. We do offer sample fragrances so you can test and try our scents.

Every item is inspected prior to shipping. We do not accept returns or refund shipping unless your order has damage. Please email us at clutchandkindle@yahoo.com.

Roll or Dab your parfum?

We recommend using your rollerball parfum on moisturized skin. Then you will roll your rollerball onto your skin- preferably pulse points and dab the fragrance on your skin versus rubbing it in.

Do your rollerballs expire?

Rollerball parfums do not expire like food, but we recommend using your rollerball parfum bottle within 3-5 years of purchase. Parfums don’t fade, but the scents can change and oxidize. For longer lasting fragrance keep your rollerball bottle away from light and heat.

What is a parfum?

A parfum is a higher concentration
of fragrance oil. The scent has a richer intensity.

Do body oils expire?

Yes, body oils do have an expiration date. Just like any other beauty or skincare product, body oils can deteriorate over time, losing their effectiveness. Body oils are best within 18 months of purchase and expire after 2 years.

Body Oils and Home Oils- Avoid contact with wood or plastic surfaces. Wipe spills immediately.

 

Car Diffusers- our car diffusers are designed to hang freely and not come into contact with vehicle surfaces. Wipe spills immediately.
